Refunds & cancellation

QSeverse issuer plans (Starter, Starter Plus, Professional) are software subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Students use QS Passport free; this policy applies to paying issuer accounts. Sub-issuer / network commercial terms follow the signed order form when applicable.

Cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Monthly plans: Cancel within 7 days of first purchase and have not issued a large number of certificates — contact us for a refund of that first month.
• Yearly plans: Unused months after the first 30 days are generally non-refundable; talk to us if onboarding failed on our side.
• Board / network / custom rollouts: Refund terms follow the signed order form.
