• Marketing site: pages you visit, basic server logs and site analytics, and information you submit on contact or demo forms (name, organisation, role, email, interest, what you want to issue).
• Product (issuers, sub-issuers, attesters & students): account details, certificates issued or kept, vouch requests and sign-offs, network membership, and check events needed to run QS Passport and issuer tools — described further in the product.

• We do not sell personal data to advertising partners.
• We do not run third-party ad trackers on the marketing site for retargeting.
• Students control what certificate data they share via link or QR.

To answer demo requests, run the certificate platform (including Sub-Issuers, Attesters, and Chain of Trust), secure accounts, understand how the site is used, and meet legal duties (including India's data-protection rules as they apply).

We use service providers who help us host, email, measure site usage, and run the product — under contracts that limit use to providing those services. Checkers only see what a student or issuer chooses to share. Root issuers see network certificates as set up for Sub-Issuers.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold by emailing nithish@qseverse.com.

School and programme deployments may include minors. Issuers are responsible for appropriate consent and school policy; we process student certificates as directed by the issuing institution.
